An exceptional find! Made by Mason & Hughes, a US Army issued coverall flight suit in distressed green-gray. Fitted throughout, legs narrow slightly at ankles. Lots of pockets & snap adjustments for perfect fit. Inside patch reads 22 July 1965. Two patches at breast-- one says "Barbara." The other is an orange and black winged torch. Very cool.

Regarding the patch, orange and black are the colors of the U.S. Army Aviation Center and School. The torch and wings symbolize flight and learning. Originally authorized by the U.S. Army for use by the Army Aviation School in 1957 and re-designated in 1964.

19" Between Underarm, 16.5” at waist. Length From Waist To Hem Is 36.5". Inseam Is 26”.

Marked a Size Small Short. I recommend this for contemporary SIzes 2 & 4. For reference, model wears a size 2/4.

Excellent vintage condition. Minor fading and creasing consistent with vintage.
